Mr. Turner opened as a sole proprietor after serving for 22 years in Law Enforcement all in Florida.
During that tenure, he served in assignments ranging from Communications, Uniform Patrol, Traffic Homicide, Criminal Investigations, Internal Affairs, Shift Supervisor, Shift Commander, Detective Lieutenant, Training Officer, Division Commander and Acting Chief of Police.
Since 1994 he has provided Private Investigative Services in Florida, North Carolina, Alabama and Mississippi.

Mr. Turner is a Fourth Generation Floridian, born in Lake County Florida.
He was influenced at a young age by his Uncle who was the Sheriff of Lake County for 28 years
Several Cousins have been Law Enforcement Officers, for Municipalities, Sheriff's Offices, State's Attorney Investigator, Sheriff of Lake County and Troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol.
Growing up in Gainesville, Florida, he attended public schools in Gainesville, Alachua County.
While in High School, he learned of a program being planned and sponsored by the Gainesville Police Department and became a Plank member of the Gainesville Police Explorer Post 917 in 1968.
Through that program, after the untimely death of his Father, he was fortunate to be guided by many adopted "Street Daddys", the entire Gainesville Police Department.
He was also instructed by the late great GPD Dispatcher Dudley "Preacher" Gerald in the fine art of Police Communications.
After graduating from Gainesville High School, he attended what was known then as Sante Fe Junior College, majoring in Criminal Justice.
In 1972, he relocated to Lake County, accepting employment with the Eustis Police Department as a Police Dispatcher, later being hired by the Orange County Sheriff's Office as a Communications Operator and Teletype Specialist. He continued at OCSO until entering the Law Enforcement Academy in 1974.
Mr. Turner became a Sworn Law Enforcement Officer with the Minneola Police Department prior to Graduation from the Academy.
From 1974 until 1994, he has served the Citizens of Florida, its' visitors and general Public as a Law Enforcement Officer in various positions for the following Agencies:
